The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
If an item is out of stock you are able to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. This option is only available for items that will be restocked. Alternatively drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do!
How long does it take for my order to be processed?

You are unable to change or cancel orders once it has been successfully placed.
Where does In Capri ship from?
All orders are shipped from England.
What's your return policy?
We must be notified within 14 days of delivery. The return must then be with us within the following 14 days. We are unable to accept your returned product (s) if the garment has been worn or hygiene strip removed.
How can I return my order?
If your items fall under the allotted return policy time, please email email@example.com with your reason for refund, order number and full name. We will then advise our address for returns. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us via email.
How can I exchange my order?
If alternate sizes / colours are available we will ask for you to complete a separate order for your new item whilst posting back your returned item. This just helps to speed up the process of you getting your perfect item. Please see the above information for how to return your unwanted item and process a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt via the same payment method you originally used. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed.
