SHIPPING

ORDER TO SHIPPING:

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order. You will then recieve a second email letting you know that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES:

UK customers - Orders will arrive within 2-3 working days following dispatch

European customers - Orders should be with you within 3 – 5 working days after dispatch

Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within 5 - 7 working days after dispatch

Please note over bank holiday periods, deliveries can take 24-48 hours longer. 

CHARGES & LOCATIONS:

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. 

Please note that if any customs or import charges occur these are to be settled by the customer. 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel, amend delivery location or redirect your order.

RETURNS

At In Capri Swim we are passionate about making products the very best they can be. Together with our team and manufacturers we strive to produce our swimwear to the highest quality. Hopefully, that means we'll have made products you love and can't wait to wear. But if there's any reason you'd like to return your item (s), please review the following return policies. 

RETURN TIMESCALES:

We accept returns if we are notified within 14 days of delivery. The return must then be with us within the following 14 days. During holidays, such as Christmas, we will double the above timescale. 

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS:

If you would like to return your item (s), we can offer a refund if it is returned in an unworn condition and in it's original packaging (including printed materials and hygiene strip). We are unable to honour your refund if the garment has been worn or the hygiene strip removed. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse a refund. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN:

Please email us info@incapriswim.com with your reason for refund, order number and full name. We will then advise our address for returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service and ask you to keep your receipt safe until the refund amount has been credited to your bank account. In Capri Swim are not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit and you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure tracking details sent to us via email. 

CHARGES:

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. Refunds will be made for the full value of the item (s) excluding any return shipping costs, customs or import charges. 

RECIEVING YOUR REFUND:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt via the same payment method you originally used.

EXCHANGES:

If alternate sizes / colours are available we will ask for you to complete a separate order for your new item whilst returning your original item for a refund. This just helps to speed up the process of you getting your perfect item.
